SCUBA: National Touring Network for Dance is a consortium of dance presenters from sister cities creating touring opportunities for the country's up-and-coming dance artists. The four SCUBA partners are Velocity Dance Center/Seattle, The Southern Theater/Minneapolis, ODC Theater/San Francisco, and Philadelphia Dance Projects. The year 2010 will be the 8th season of this model program fostering the timely circulation of "locally-established, nationally-emerging" dance artists between cities. The application for interested Seattle choreographers is now available to download here (MS Word Format). Please contact kara@velocitydancecenter.org if you have questions. Deadline for submissions is July 3, 2009.
